"Wat ik het leukste vind aan mijn werk, is klanten informeren en helpen. Het is een dynamische job waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Ook al gaat het voornamelijk om brandverzekeringen, sommige klanten stellen specifieke vragen die wat meer onderzoek en inspanning vergen, wat het zeker niet saai maakt. Ik leer dagelijks bij, het is boeiend om de verschillende producten te leren kennen. En bovenal, ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn team. We steunen elkaar niet alleen op professioneel vlak, maar ook privé hebben we fijne gesprekken en een goede sfeer. Een topteam maakt het werk nog leuker!"
