Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Sr. Acquisition Marketing Manager to join PlanetArt's marketing team, focused on driving customer acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other paid social and offline channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing user acquisition strategies across both paid and organic efforts—scaling what works, optimizing relentlessly, and finding what's next.

This individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, bringing strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fluid environment where multitasking is the norm and adaptability is key. A "can-do" attitude and superb interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—are an absolute must.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Pleasanton area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Who You Are

Obsessed with testing and growth. You continuously identify new products, offers, promotions, and growth opportunities to bring to market — moving quickly from idea to execution while maintaining a bias for action. You're never satisfied with the status quo.

Data-driven and commercially minded. You evaluate opportunities through rigorous margin analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement to ensure profitable growth and scalable customer acquisition. Gut instinct is informed by numbers.

Expert in experimentation and AI. You design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, pricing, and customer journeys—using insights and emerging AI tools to drive continuous improvement.

An entrepreneurial operator. You combine creativity, analytical thinking, and executional excellence to build winning campaigns, uncover new revenue opportunities, and create value from scratch. You thrive in ambiguity, embrace creative problem-solving, take calculated risks, and build from the ground up.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Own customer acquisition and retargeting strategies, explore new partner and channel opportunities, and manage budget allocation and forecasting.
  • Campaign Management: Set up, manage, optimize, and report on campaign performance across paid social, search, and offline channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive optimization and inform strategic decisions.
  • Measurement & Tracking: Leverage Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal tools to ensure data accuracy and reliable flow-through between platforms and internal databases.
  • Cross-Device Journey Mapping: Map user touchpoints across mobile, desktop, and other devices to inform holistic acquisition strategy.
  • Creative & Testing: Partner with the Creative team to develop and iterate on ad creative, driving a rapid test-and-learn cycle at scale.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
