The posting

En Devsu buscamos un/a Sr Business Analyst / Experto Funcional Senior con sólida experiencia en arquitectura transaccional bancaria para participar en la implementación y evolución de un Switch Transaccional dentro de una importante entidad financiera.

El rol tendrá responsabilidad sobre el levantamiento, análisis y modelado de procesos end-to-end asociados a transacciones monetarias críticas, asegurando alta disponibilidad, trazabilidad y cumplimiento regulatorio. Además, será el nexo entre el Product Owner y los equipos de Negocio, Arquitectura, Desarrollo, DevSecOps, SQA, Infraestructura, Cloud y Datos.

Adicionalmente, podrá participar en iniciativas relacionadas con Payment Hub y ecosistemas de pagos, colaborando en la definición funcional de transferencias nacionales e internacionales, remesas y recaudos.

Es presencial en la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador, y estará asignada a uno de nuestros clientes más importantes del sector financiero/bancario de Latinoamérica, participando en iniciativas tecnológicas críticas con foco en estabilidad, calidad y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Documentar en inglés requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales, diagramas de flujo y guías de implementación.
  • Liderar levantamiento y modelado de procesos del Switch Transaccional.
  • Documentar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales en inglés.
  • Definir flujos para pagos, transferencias, autorizaciones y reversos.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (Desarrollo, QA, Arquitectura, DevSecOps, Infraestructura, Cloud y Datos).
  • Gestionar riesgos técnicos y dependencias entre sistemas.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y estabilización de plataformas críticas.
  • Colaborar en proyectos vinculados a Payment Hub cuando aplique.

Requirements

  • +4 años de experiencia en el sector bancario.
  • Experiencia en implementación o evolución de Switches transaccionales, Payment Hub o sistemas core financieros.
  • +3 años de experiencia en procesos operativos de transacciones monetarias.
  • +4 años en roles de liderazgo funcional o técnico en proyectos de TI.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios (Desarrollo, QA/SQA, Arquitectura, DevSecOps, Infraestructura, Cloud y Datos).
  • Conocimiento sólido del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC) y prácticas de calidad end-to-end.
  • Experiencia en entornos regulados o de alta criticidad (ideal sector financiero).
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum y/o Kanban).
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira.
  • Inglés intermedio para elaboración y comprensión de documentación técnica.
