The posting

Work Setup: First 2-3 months on full onsite for training, hybrid after

Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Sound Accounting fundamentals such as: - Large Journal Entries - Balance Sheet - General Ledger & Sub-Ledger - P&L - Contra Asset - Bank Recociliation - Variance Analysis - Intercompany transactions - Pre-payments
  • Good with Data Manipulation (Advanced Excel proficiency)
  • Knowledgeable with ERP systems
  • Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
  • Handle large data sets and perform financial data manipulation and analysis.
  • Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
