RevuSys is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations. As a Staff Accountant at RevuSys, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain financial records, prepare reports, and assist in audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of external and internal audits.
  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and address financial inquiries.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
