Une nouvelle opportunité s'est ouverte dans notre département People, dans l'équipe Administration du Personnel en tant que Stagiaire - Gestionnaire Administratif RH.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe RH à taille humaine et aurez l'opportunité de découvrir l'ensemble des fondamentaux de l'administration : établissement des déclarations auprès des organismes sociaux, des contrats de travail, suivi administratif des dossiers du personnel (contrats, congés), mises à jour des procédures administratives et sociales.

Votre périmètre d’action sera Eurostar Group en France pour le personnel contractuel et mis à disposition (Personnel détaché venant de la SNCF).

Le stage est à pourvoir immédiatement pour une durée de 6 mois et est basé dans nos bureaux à Paris 9 ème proche de la Gare du Nord.

Durant votre stage, vous participerez activement à la gestion quotidienne de l'administration du personnel et développerez une vision concrète des enjeux RH.

Vos missions incluront notamment :

  • Participer à la rédaction des contrats de travail et avenants
  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des dossiers administratifs des collaborateurs
  • Mettre à jour les reportings et tableaux de suivi RH
  • Contribuer au suivi des congés, absences et arrêts maladie
  • Participer à l'organisation et au suivi des visites médicales
  • Accompagner la gestion de la mutuelle et de la prévoyance
  • Mettre à jour les informations dans le SIRH
  • Préparer et rédiger différents courriers administratifs RH
  • Participer au suivi des dossiers liés aux accidents du travail
  • Contribuer à la production d'indicateurs et statistiques RH
  • Apporter un support administratif à l'équipe RH sur des sujets variés

Requirements

Vous préparez actuellement :

  • Une Licence 3 ou un Master (M1 ou M2) en Ressources Humaines

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation
  • Votre discrétion et votre respect de la confidentialité
  • Votre aisance relationnelle et votre esprit d'équipe
  • Votre curiosité et votre envie d'apprendre

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques et formules de base appréciés)

Vous avez un niveau d'anglais intermédiaire (équivalent à B1) serait un plus pour évoluer dans notre environnement international.
