The posting

Dans un contexte de structuration et de croissance, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Analyste Financier Junior pour rejoindre l’équipe Finance au sein de la holding du groupe SOGECLAIR pour une durée de 6 mois.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, vous participerez activement au pilotage de la performance et à l’amélioration continue de nos outils d’analyse.

Vos missions

Au cœur des enjeux financiers de l’entreprise, vous interviendrez notamment sur :

Pilotage & Reporting

  • Production et amélioration du reporting mensuel
  • Analyse détaillée des résultats mensuels
  • Analyse et suivi de la masse salariale
  • Développement et optimisation des outils de reporting existants
  • Contribution à la mise en place d’indicateurs de performance pertinents

Budget & Prévisions

  • Participation aux exercices de reprévision budgétaire
  • Suivi des écarts entre réalisé et budget

Analyse Financière

  • Analyse du BFR (trésorerie d’exploitation) et de la dette
  • Analyse financière des projets stratégiques
  • Suivi et contrôle des dépenses R&D
  • Participation à des études ponctuelles d’aide à la décision

Ce stage offre une exposition complète aux problématiques de contrôle de gestion et de finance d’entreprise, avec un rôle actif dans l'amélioration des process.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+4 / Bac+5 (école de commerce, université ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en finance / contrôle de gestion
  • Solides compétences analytiques et goût prononcé pour les chiffres
  • Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel (TCD, formules avancées, Power BI)
  • Rigueur, autonomie et esprit de synthèse
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution
  • Curiosité et force de proposition dans une logique d’amélioration continue
