La ricerca è rivolta a studenti o neolaureati con spiccate attitudini all'accoglienza, capaci di offrire un servizio d’eccellenza combinando spontaneità ed energia.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Collaborare con il team Caffetteria nel servizio delle colazioni;
  • Curare l'allestimento e la preparazione del buffet;
  • Contribuire alla gestione delle attività di back of the house;
  • Garantire l'applicazione degli standard di qualità (LQA e Forbes);
  • Personalizzare l’esperienza dell’ospite creando un ambiente accogliente ed esclusivo;
  • Utilizzare ottime capacità comunicative, gentilezza e cortesia per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.

Requirements

  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese (la conoscenza di russo, cinese o arabo sarà considerata un plus);
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
  • Attitudine al problem solving;
  • Passione, entusiasmo, orientamento al cliente e predisposizione al sorriso;
  • Volontà di crescere professionalmente, eleganza (nei modi e nella presenza) e forte legame con la città di Roma.
