The posting

Chez Altesia Tax & Accounting, tu intégreras notre équipe fiduciaire et accompagneras les différents collaborateurs dans la gestion quotidienne d’un portefeuille de clients, principalement composé de PME.

Tout au long de ton stage, tu suivras les collaborateurs dans leurs différentes missions afin de découvrir concrètement le métier de comptable en fiduciaire et les différentes étapes de la gestion d’un dossier, de l’encodage jusqu’à la clôture.

Notre fiduciaire évolue avec les nouveaux standards du métier : digitalisation, approche paperless et utilisation d’outils digitaux modernes. Nous combinons efficacité, conformité et proximité avec nos clients, dans un environnement entrepreneurial.

Tes missions

En fonction de ton niveau et de ta progression, tu seras amené(e) à participer à différentes étapes de la gestion des dossiers clients :

  • Encodage des factures d’achats et de ventes
  • Encodage et réconciliation des opérations bancaires
  • Préparation et suivi des déclarations TVA
  • Participation aux contrôles et à la révision des comptes
  • Préparation des clôtures comptables
  • Participation à l’établissement des comptes annuels
  • Découverte et participation aux obligations fiscales des sociétés et des indépendants
  • Classement et suivi des documents comptables
  • Contacts avec les clients et suivi de leurs demandes
  • Utilisation et découverte des différents outils et logiciels comptables

L’objectif est de te permettre de comprendre progressivement la gestion d’un dossier de A à Z et de gagner en autonomie au cours du stage.

Requirements

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne qui souhaite réellement découvrir le métier de comptable en fiduciaire.

  • Étudiant(e) en bachelier ou master en comptabilité, finance ou gestion
  • Intérêt marqué pour la comptabilité et la fiscalité
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
  • Proactif(ve) et à l’aise pour poser des questions
  • Envie d’apprendre et de gagner progressivement en autonomie
  • Bonne maîtrise du français
  • La connaissance du néerlandais ou de l’anglais constitue un plus
  • Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel est un atout
  • Une première connaissance d’un logiciel comptable est un plus, mais pas indispensable
