A. Contexte du stage

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe interne, nous recherchons un·e stagiaire RH / Office Management disponible dès que possible pour une durée de minimum de 3 mois à temps plein.

B. Ta mission

✨ Recrutement (60 %)

  • Sourcing de candidats via les réseaux sociaux et notre base de données interne
  • Screening des profils et tri des candidatures
  • Optimisation des méthodes de sourcing et de présélection
  • Participation aux entretiens de recrutement
  • Élaboration de stratégies de sourcing pour anticiper les besoins des clients
  • Gestion et mise à jour de la base de données candidats (profils, disponibilités, attentes)

📚 Office Management (40 %)

Support administratif & finance

  • Suivi des contrats clients et des contrats consultants
  • Gestion et mise à jour de la base de données consultants
  • Gestion administrative :
  • Accords de confidentialité et contrats
  • Mise en forme des CV au format Altesia
  • Préparation des onboarding
  • Commande de matériel

Support à l’Office Manager

  • Organisation d’événements internes
  • Veille au bon fonctionnement du bureau
  • Organisation de l’arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Gestion du car fleet 🚗

C. Profil recherché

🎓 Formation

  • Étudiant·e en Bachelier et/ou Master RH, gestion, psychologie, secrétariat ou domaine connexe

💻 Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

🌟 Compétences comportementales

  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles 🗣️
  • Organisation, rigueur et sens de la confidentialité ✔️
  • Esprit d’équipe et forte envie d’apprendre 🤩

🗣️ Langues

  • Français courant
  • Bon niveau d’anglais
  • La maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout.
