Nekilnojamo turto vystymo bendrovė “Urban LIVE“, kuri yra SBA grupės dalis, vysto komercinės, industrinės ir gyvenamosios paskirties nekilnojamąjį turtą, garsėjantį darniu funkcionalumu bei išskirtine architektūra. Naujausias projektas – „Nemunaičiai“, prestižinėje Kauno vietoje statomas modernus kvartalas su gyvenamaisiais namais, verslo įmonėmis ir paslaugų centrais, o naujasis verslo centras „Hermanas“ - orientuotas į tvarius ir estetiškus sprendimus. Šiuos projektus įgyvendinti kviečiame į komandą prisijungti Statybos pirkimų inžinierių (-ę), kuris (-i) užtikrins sklandų pirkimų procesą – nuo rangovų bei tiekėjų paieškos iki pasiūlymų vertinimo, derybų ir sutarčių pasirašymo. Kokias atsakomybes patikėsime:

  • analizuoti projektinę, techninę ir sąmatinę dokumentaciją, nustatyti pirkimų apimtis bei techninius reikalavimus;
  • rengti konkursinę medžiagą ir organizuoti rangos darbų, medžiagų bei paslaugų pirkimo konkursus;
  • rengti užklausas rangovams ir tiekėjams, rinkti bei lyginti jų pasiūlymus ir tikrinti atitiktį projektinei dokumentacijai bei biudžetui;
  • vesti derybas dėl kainų ir sutarčių sąlygų su rangovais bei tiekėjais;
  • vertinti ir atrinkti subrangovus bei tiekėjus, kurti ir plėtoti patikimų partnerių tinklą;
  • rengti ir derinti rangos, subrangos bei tiekimo sutartis, kontroliuoti jų vykdymą;
  • tikrinti ir tvirtinti atliktų darbų aktus, stebėti pirkimų biudžeto vykdymą;
  • sekti įgyvendintų projektų rezultatus (techninius, kokybinius, finansinius) ir teikti pasiūlymus vadovybei dėl būsimų projektų biudžetavimo;
  • glaudžiai bendradarbiauti su projekto komanda, derinant techninius ir komercinius sprendimus.

Requirements

Tikime, kad tu:

  • įgyjęs (-usi) aukštąjį statybos inžinerijos ar susijusios srities išsilavinimą;
  • esi sukaupęs (-usi) bent 3 metų darbo patirtį statybos, pirkimų, sąmatų sudarymo ar projektavimo srityje;
  • gebi skaityti ir analizuoti projektinę bei techninę dokumentaciją;
  • išmanai statybos darbų technologijas, medžiagas bei sąmatų rengimo principus;
  • dirbi su MS Office (ypač Excel) programomis;
  • turi gerus bendravimo ir derybinius įgūdžius, gebi kurti ilgalaikius profesinius santykius;
  • pasižymi analitiniu mąstymu, kruopštumu ir gebėjimu savarankiškai planuoti savo darbus;
  • geros anglų kalbos žinios, leidžia bendrauti su tiekėjais raštu ir žodžiu.

Atlyginimas:

2950 - 3700 eur/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių. Konkretus darbo užmokestis siūlomas atsižvelgiant į darbo patirtį ir kompetenciją.
