Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Mandanten in steuerrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Prüfung von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen
  • Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Einlegung von Rechtsbehelfen
  • Steueroptimierung und -planung
  • Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen nach handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Unternehmensgründungen und -umstrukturierungen
  • Beratung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Finanzierungsfragen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Standortstrategie im Einklang mit der Gesamtstrategie der Kanzlei
  • Identifizierung von Marktchancen und Wachstumsfeldern
  • Budgetplanung und Controlling
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Kanzleibetrieb
  • Koordination der Aufgabenverteilung und Projektmanagement
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Mandantenzufriedenheit

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen
  • Gerne auch zum Berufseinstieg, idealerweise paar Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Eigenverantwortliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise
  • Affinität zur Digitalisierung unserer Branche
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit DATEV
  • Freundlichkeit und Offenheit im Kontakt mit unseren Mandanten
  • Diskretion über alle erlangten Informationen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
