The posting

Le stockiste est responsable de la gestion des stocks et des flux.

Ses missions principales sont :

- Réceptionner les marchandises, contrôler la conformité des livraisons et assurer leur enregistrement dans le système.

- Organiser et optimiser le stockage des produits afin de faciliter l’accès aux équipes de vente et la réalisation des inventaires.

- Assurer la mise à jour fiable et régulière des données de stock.

- Effectuer les inventaires hebdomadaires par catégorie de bijoux et participer aux inventaires périodiques, en mettant en place des plans d’action correctifs si nécessaire.

- Gérer les envois hebdomadaires des produits défectueux, des articles SAV et de l’overstock.

- Réaliser les réassorts quotidiens des placards, vitrines et box de présentation en fonction des ventes, des besoins de la boutique et des guidelines.

- Anticiper les besoins en produits afin de garantir la disponibilité des références et produits phares.

- Préparer les mises en place du Visual Merchandising à chaque début de mois.

- Re étiqueter les produits et préparer les articles destinés aux vitrines.

- Préparer et transmettre la check-list mensuelle évaluant la qualité du Visual Merchandising.

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de vente, l’Assistant Manager et le Store Manager pour assurer la fluidité des opérations.

- Réaliser un reporting hebdomadaire des actions et réalisations auprès du Store Manager ou de son assistant en son absence.

- Veiller en permanence à la propreté, à l’organisation et à la sécurité de l’espace de stockage.

Requirements

Vous aimez APM MONACO

Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion de stock, idéalement dans le secteur du retail, du luxe ou de la bijouterie.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et méthodique.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avait des capacités à communiquer efficacement avec les vendeurs et la direction.

Le sens de la discrétion et respect des procédures de sécurité sont importantes.
