Sulla Struttura:

Lo store, situato in un centro commerciale ad alto flusso di clientela, si distingue per l'eccellenza delle sue materie prime e per l'offerta di prodotti tipici della tradizione, con un focus particolare sulla preparazione di schiacciate gourmet espresse. È un ambiente giovane, stimolante e fortemente orientato alla qualità del servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Responsabilità

  • Gestione Operativa: Gestire l’organizzazione dello store, coordinando il team e partecipando attivamente alle attività operative quotidiane, garantendo supporto nel servizio e nelle procedure.
  • Gestione del Personale: Gestire il personale dello store, dalla formazione in ingresso, all’organizzazione dei turni, al monitoraggio dei cartellini, valutando e supervisionando le performance del team.
  • Qualità del Servizio: Garantire un servizio di qualità, assicurando che ogni membro del team rispetti gli standard aziendali e contribuisca a un’esperienza positiva per il cliente.
  • Supervisione dei Reparti: Supervisionare tutte le attività e le preparazioni del team di cucina e del team banco, assicurando che vengano eseguite in conformità con gli standard aziendali definiti.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti, raccogliere feedback e proporre interventi o migliorie per ottimizzare l’esperienza negli store.
  • Controllo Qualità Prodotto: Garantire che tutti i prodotti, sia quelli provenienti dalla cucina sia quelli preparati al banco, siano pienamente conformi agli standard aziendali.
  • Performance Economiche: Monitorare e gestire food cost, labour cost, scorte, ordini e performance operative, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Allineamento Strategico: Gestire l’andamento dello store, coordinandosi con la Direzione (District/Area Manager o General Manager) per allineamenti strategici.
  • Standard del Brand: Assicurare il rispetto degli standard del brand su qualità, servizio e pulizia.

  • Competenze Relazionali e di Leadership: Ottime doti comunicative, orientamento al cliente, spiccata attitudine alla leadership, forte propensione alla gestione umana del team e alla collaborazione per guidare e motivare i collaboratori.
  • Mindset e Soft Skills: Approccio proattivo, dinamicità, forte orientamento ai risultati, attenzione al dettaglio nella gestione operativa e comprovate competenze di stress management per gestire al meglio i picchi di lavoro tipici di un contesto ad alto flusso.
  • Flessibilità: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi o nei fine settimana.

Cosa Offriamo:

  • Contratto: Possibilità di inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento al 1° livello del CCNL di riferimento.
  • Orario di lavoro: Inserimento Full-Time (40 ore).
  • Turnistica: Orari distribuiti su 6 giorni lavorativi con 1 giorno di riposo a settimana.
  • Sede di lavoro: Brescia.
