STORE MANAGER

Cerchiamo uno/a Store Manager capace di vivere il ristorante come fosse il proprio, garantendo eccellenza nel servizio, performance economica e crescita del team.

Il Ruolo

Rispondendo all’Area Manager di riferimento e coordinando un team di circa 6/7 persone, avrai la responsabilità completa del punto vendita: dall’esperienza cliente ai risultati economici, dalla gestione operativa alla valorizzazione delle persone.

Sarai protagonista nel:

  • Presidiare l’accoglienza e garantire un’esperienza cliente memorabile
  • Assicurare che il servizio sia sempre in linea con gli standard aziendali, intervenendo con prontezza in caso di disservizi
  • Coordinare e motivare il team front-line, assegnando responsabilità e obiettivi chiari
  • Pianificare turni e copertura delle postazioni, gestendo eventuali imprevisti
  • Applicare e monitorare le procedure aziendali, formando costantemente il personale
  • Proporre azioni migliorative per elevare qualità e performance
  • Supervisionare assortimento, esposizione e qualità dell’offerta
  • Gestire ordini, inventari e inserimento dati nel gestionale
  • Curare la chiusura fiscale
  • Monitorare e ottimizzare KPI fondamentali (food cost, labor cost, vendite)
  • Supportare operativamente il team nei momenti di maggiore affluenza

Il Profilo Ideale

Hai un approccio concreto, leadership naturale e forte orientamento al risultato.

Possiedi inoltre:

  • Diploma alberghiero o formazione equivalente (titolo preferenziale)
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi F&B
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni come Store Manager o 3 anni come Assistant Restaurant Manager in realtà strutturate
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e relazionali
  • Problem solving, gestione dello stress e attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi
  • Flessibilità oraria (turni, weekend e festivi)
