Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Store Manager for our placement at MANDYS SHOES located in:

- ASHTA District 8, - PIK, - PIM.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kami mencari Store Manager yang berorientasi pada penjualan, pelayanan pelanggan, dan kepemimpinan tim untuk mengelola operasional toko secara menyeluruh. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memastikan target penjualan tercapai, operasional berjalan lancar, serta pengalaman pelanggan mencerminkan nilai dan image brand.

Tanggung Jawab

* Mengelola operasional toko harian secara end-to-end

* Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan bulanan & KPI toko

* Mengatur dan memimpin tim toko (sales associate, kasir, dll)

* Menjaga standar pelayanan pelanggan (customer experience)

* Mengelola stok barang (incoming, display, stock opname, laporan)

* Menjaga visual merchandising sesuai guideline brand

* Mengatur jadwal kerja tim dan memastikan kedisiplinan

* Menangani keluhan pelanggan secara profesional

* Membuat laporan penjualan, stok, dan performa tim secara rutin

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim HQ (operasional, marketing, warehouse)

* Menjaga kebersihan, kerapihan, dan keamanan toko

Kualifikasi

* Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (retail fashion diutamakan)

* Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan people management yang baik

* Berorientasi pada target dan hasil penjualan

* Memahami dasar operasional retail & inventory

* Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan customer-oriented

* Tegas, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu mengambil keputusan

* Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk weekend & hari libur

* Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional

* Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia dengan baik
