アカウントエグゼクティブについて

私たちは、日本の広告事業において、担当領域の取引額拡大に向けた戦略構築と実行を担うチームです。既存の広告主・広告代理店との関係強化に加え、新規のお取引先（広告主・代理店）の開拓を進めることで、会社の収益の柱である広告事業の持続的な成長に貢献しています。

このポジションでは、アカウントエグゼクティブとして、これまでの知見を活かし、当社との取引を拡大いただいている広告主・広告代理店に対して、論理的かつ戦略的な視点に基づく営業活動をリードしていただきます。それぞれのお取引先が目指すゴールを達成するために、与えられた情報に留まらず多角的な視点から解決策を提示・提案し、SmartNews Adsが持続的な成長を遂げられるようなストラクチャーの構築・課題提起を行っていただくことを期待しています。

業務内容

  • SmartNews Adsの広告効果の最大化を通じた売上拡大
  • 広告主/広告代理店への広告運用最適化の提案と実行サポート
  • 広告運用最適化のための配信データの分析と改善機会の開拓
  • 広告プロダクト導入のための代理店のサポート
  • 広告主/広告代理店の実務担当者への提案
  • クライアント、及び代理店との関係性の構築
  • 事業責任者との関係性の構築
  • 広告主および代理店の経営層・意思決定者（CMO、部長クラス等）に対する中長期的な関係構築とハイレイヤー提案
  • 実務担当者との提案機会の創出と提案の実施
  • 創出(顧客ニーズの理解)
  • 広告主・代理店における根本課題の特定、ならびに新規与件獲得・既存アカウントの領域拡大の推進
  • 提案（現状課題からの提案）
  • 未開拓案件、休眠アカウントの開始に向けた提案
  • インセンティブディール等を含めた経済条件の提案・合意
  • AI・社内ツールを活用した営業戦略の立案とデータ分析能力
  • AIツールや社内ツールを積極的に活用して業務を効率化し、AIには代替不可能な営業活動を自ら推進する
  • AIツール等で分析業務を効率化しつつ、データの数値に留まらず、顧客のビジネス環境に応じた本質的な課題解決策を論理的に構築し、提案を推進する
  • 記事閲覧データ等に基づき、ターゲット層への深掘り分析や訴求メッセージ開発に関する示唆を抽出する
  • 取得可能なあらゆるデータを多角的に因数分解する
  • データに基づいたPDCAサイクルを回し、グロース戦略を提示する
  • 広告効果を最大化するためのKPI設計の提案
  • 取引先の課題に沿ったKPI設計と計測手法の提案
  • KPIに合致したプランニングや広告運用方針の提案
  • 取引先の課題を深掘りし、新たなKPI設計を通じて売上成長を実現する提案
  • 広告パフォーマンス改善に基づく追加予算の獲得
  • 既存デジタルマーケティング予算内での他媒体からのシェアの獲得
  • 新たなデジタルマーケティング予算増額提案による予算獲得
  • churn rateの改善による案件数の維持

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • デジタル広告営業経験3年以上
  • 3年以上のアカウント担当営業としての運用ディレクション経験
  • 日本のデジタル広告業界における知見
  • チーム目標数字達成に向けて、オーナーシップをもって自ら計画を立てアクションをとることができる
  • 成果に対しての高いコミットメント能力
  • 論理的思考能力、問題解決能力、インパクト思考
  • 内外的要因を考慮して営業内容を自力で検討・実行する能力を有する
  • 高いコミュニケーション力やバイタリティ、意欲
  • インパクト優先順位をつけ、中期ロードマップを描けること
  • 広告代理店のビジネスとデジタル広告における商流毎の視点について、深い理解があること
  • 事象に対しあらゆる側面から判断できる仮説力があること
  • AIツールを柔軟に使い、業務効率の最適化を行うことができる
  • 週3日の東京オフィスでの勤務が可能である
  • スマートニュースはベンチャーでありマチュアな環境でないので、アンラーニングによるアジャストができる
  • 週3以上の東京オフィスでの勤務が可能であること
  • 語学力（日本語：ネイティブレベル）

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • デジタル専業代理店もしくはデジタル広告媒体での営業経験3年以上
  • Google Ad/Meta/LINE/Yahooの営業経験3年以上
  • 運用経験があればなお良し
  • SmartNews Ads、あるいはディスプレイ広告の営業経験
  • 運用経験があればなお良し
  • 組織マネジメント経験
  • ピープルマネジメント経験
  • データ可視化ツール（Looker Studio、Tableau、Redash など）を用いたダッシュボード構築経験
  • SQL を用いたデータ抽出・集計の実務経験
  • Chat GPTs 等の生成AIツールを活用して業務プロセスを改善した経験
