Buscamos un/a Strategic Management Control Analyst para sumarse a un equipo de Finanzas Estratégicas y contribuir al seguimiento del desempeño financiero y la ejecución de los objetivos del negocio.

Trabajarás junto al equipo de liderazgo financiero participando en procesos de presupuestación, planificación financiera, análisis de performance y seguimiento del ROI de iniciativas estratégicas.

El objetivo del rol es ayudar a conectar las prioridades del negocio con los resultados financieros, proporcionando información clara y confiable que permita identificar desvíos, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.

🚀 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Participar en la elaboración, seguimiento y control de presupuestos anuales.
  • Dar seguimiento al ROI de iniciativas estratégicas, incluyendo lanzamientos, marketing y proyectos de crecimiento.
  • Mantener y actualizar modelos de control de gestión, incluyendo P&L por unidad de negocio, márgenes y EBITDA.
  • Analizar la relación entre las prioridades estratégicas y la asignación de recursos presupuestarios.
  • Preparar reportes financieros mensuales para diferentes stakeholders y niveles de liderazgo.
  • Realizar análisis de Budget vs. Actuals, identificando desvíos y sus principales causas.
  • Elaborar análisis que permitan detectar riesgos, oportunidades y áreas de mejora en el desempeño financiero.
  • Colaborar con equipos operativos en procesos de planificación financiera y seguimiento de resultados.
  • Participar en la mejora y estandarización de modelos, procesos y herramientas de reporting.
  • Asegurar la calidad y consistencia de la información financiera de acuerdo con los estándares y criterios definidos.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, Control de Gestión o carreras relacionadas.
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en control de gestión, FP&A, finanzas corporativas o roles similares.
  • Excelente dominio de Excel y modelización financiera.
  • Experiencia trabajando con presupuestos, P&L, márgenes, EBITDA y análisis de variaciones.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas ERP como SAP, Oracle o NetSuite será valorado.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de Business Intelligence y reporting, como Power BI, Tableau o Hyperion.
  • Conocimiento de estándares contables US GAAP e IFRS.
  • Inglés profesional fluido, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con información financiera sensible de manera rigurosa y confidencial.
