PSS（Product & Solutions Specialist）は、SmartNewsの広告プロダクトと営業組織を繋ぐ「架け橋」となる専門家集団です 。ブランド、パフォーマンス、データの各領域のスペシャリストが集結し、既存ソリューションの提案・販売サポートのみならず、顧客の声（VoC）を起点とした新規ソリューションの開発やプロダクト改善を主導します.

ブランド広告主を主要ターゲットとし、SmartNewsの持つ膨大な一次データとマーケティング知見を掛け合わせた「個社別ソリューション」の策定を担います 。単に既存の広告枠を売るのではなく、代理店やクライアントと共に課題を深掘りし、SmartNewsならではの新しい勝ちパターン（例：コンテクスト配信による態度変容の創出）を定義・実行することがミッションです 。

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • フロントラインでの個社提案リード：大手ブランド広告主に対し、営業担当と共に「第一線（Front-line）」に立ってクライアントワークを主導し、SmartNewsの内部データを活用した戦略策定から実行支援までを完遂させる。
  • プロダクトと営業のブリッジ：営業担当と連携してクライアントワークに入り込み、現場の課題をプロダクト開発側へフィードバックすることで、新たな広告ソリューションを創出する 。
  • データ活用施策の設計: 記事閲読ログなどの「コンテクストデータ」を分析し、Cookieレス時代における最適なユーザーアプローチ（例：非検討層への好意形成）を設計する 。
  • プロジェクトのリード: クライアント・代理店・社内開発チームを巻き込み、提案から実施、効果検証までのプロジェクトをスピード感を持って完遂させる 。
  • 営業組織全体の提案力向上（Enablement）: 特定クライアントでの成功事例を単に資料化するだけでなく、JP Ad Bizのセールス全体の提案レベルを引き上げることをゴールとし、知見共有会の開催や個別勉強会の実施といったアクションを自らリードする

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • 総合広告会社（大手代理店／グローバルエージェンシー等）におけるストラテジックプランニング経験：クライアントのマーケティング課題を定義し、戦略的な解決策を提案してきた経験
  • クライアントワークへの主体性: 現場に自ら入り込み、ステークホルダーと信頼関係を築きながらプロジェクトをリードできる能力 。
  • 論理的思考力とデータリテラシー: 複雑なデータを整理し、顧客のビジネス成長に繋がる具体的なインサイトを導き出せること 。
  • 目安 5〜10年程度の実務経験を持ち、自ら分析・資料作成まで手を動かしながら、スピード感を持ってアウトプットできる方。または、自走して戦略設計〜提案資料作成〜関係者調整まで一気通貫で推進できる方
  • 実行力と柔軟性を兼ね備え、自ら分析や資料作成を行いながら、スピード感を持ってアウトプットを出せる方
