Requirements

Twoje kluczowe zadania:

  • Inicjatywy strategiczne: Prowadzenie projektów mających bezpośredni wpływ na kierunek rozwoju firmy – od analizy nowych rynków po optymalizację procesów.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Będziesz naszymi „oczami i uszami” na rynku. Analiza value proposition, cenników i funkcjonalności produktów konkurencji.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitorowanie trendów w ekosystemie eCommerce (SaaS, logistyka, marketplace) i benchmarkowanie naszych wyników na tle rynku.
  • Product-focused NPS: Zarządzanie procesem zbierania feedbacku od klientów i przekładanie go na konkretne rekomendacje dla zespołów Product & Tech.

Czego oczekujemy?

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego, idealnie w rolach strategicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w konsultingu strategicznym (Strategy/Business Consulting) będzie Twoim ogromnym atutem.
  • Znajomość sektora e-commerce (SaaS, marketplace, logistyka/fulfillment).
  • Ponadprzeciętne zdolności analityczne i umiejętność podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o dane.
  • Mentalność „Ownera” – proaktywność, odpowiedzialność i nastawienie na dowożenie wyników (results-oriented).
  • Biegłość w języku angielskim (pracujemy w międzynarodowym środowisku).
