Projektujemy, rozwijamy i produkujemy technologie biodegradowalne, kompostowalne oraz podlegające recyklingowi. Dbamy o nasze oceany i naszą planetę, dlatego rewolucjonizujemy przemysł, eliminując zanieczyszczenie plastikiem i ułatwiając firmom przejście na rozwiązania oparte na surowcach roślinnych.

Obecnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Straw Line Operator, która będzie odpowiadać za sprawną obsługę zautomatyzowanej linii do produkcji papierowych słomek, dbając o jakość, wydajność i ciągłość procesu.

Dołącz do nas i rozwijaj się w nowo powstałej fabryce (Greenfield).

Jako część naszego zespołu będziesz:

  • przygotowywać i ustawiać maszyny do produkcji (setup),
  • nadzorować proces produkcji papierowych słomek,
  • monitorować pracę linii i reagować na odchylenia od standardów,
  • wykonywać podstawowe czynności konserwacyjne, czyszczenie i drobne regulacje maszyn,
  • współpracować z zespołem produkcji oraz innymi działami (m.in. utrzymanie ruchu, jakość, magazyn) w celu zapewnienia ciągłości produkcji

Requirements

  • Wykształcenie minimum zawodowe (mechaniczne, poligraficzne lub pokrewne),
  • Prefererowane 1–2 lata doświadczenia w branży przetwórstwa papieru, opakowań, opakowań spożywczych, druku lub FMCG, a także w obsłudze maszyn,
  • Dokładności, odpowiedzialności i nastawienia na jakość,
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym (po ramp-up),
  • Język angielski – mile widziana umiarkowana znajomość (w mowie i piśmie),
  • Uprawnienia energetyczne (SEP),
  • Ważne orzeczenie sanitarno-epidemiologiczne.

Wiedza, umiejętności i kompetencje:

  • Zdolności mechaniczne oraz umiejętność diagnozowania i rozwiązywania problemów technicznych.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność priorytetyzacji, skuteczna praca pod presją i dotrzymywanie terminów.
  • Umiejętność jasnego i klarownego komunikowania zagadnień technicznych w pracy z zespołami z różnych obszarów organizacji.
