5. Placement Drive Management

  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment and placement drives.
  • Coordinate employer visits, virtual recruitment processes, assessments, interviews, and offer processes.
  • Work closely with faculty, students, and internal teams for smooth execution of placement activities.
  • Track candidate attendance, participation, and recruitment progress.
  • Follow up with selected students and employers through the joining stage.

6. Employer Follow-up & Relationship Management

  • Maintain consistent communication with recruiters following recruitment activities.
  • Collect employer feedback regarding student performance and selection quality.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat hiring and expanded employer engagement.
  • Develop a reliable employer pipeline for future student batches.
  • Ensure timely closure of employer requirements and hiring processes.

7. Placement Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of companies approached, companies onboarded, opportunities received, job roles, and vacancies.
  • Track students nominated, shortlisted, selected, offered, and successfully placed.
  • Prepare regular placement pipeline, outreach, and conversion reports for management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
