  • Interpret and communicate AltaLink’s standards, requirements, and safe work practices to third parties proposing activities near AltaLink assets.
  • Assist in the review of engineering drawings, site plans, crossing applications, and development proposals to identify potential impacts to AltaLink facilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support technical assessments related to transmission line clearances, encroachments, ground disturbances, crossings, and land-use developments within AltaLink rights-of-way.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, project, and land teams to gather technical information and facilitate timely responses to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Assist in developing process improvements, guidelines, and technical documentation to enhance the efficiency and consistency of third-party reviews.
  • Support engineering studies, data analysis, and reporting related to transmission asset management and Operational Engineering initiatives, as required.
  • Demonstrate key behaviors and meet identified expectations outlined in our four cultural pillars – one team, continuous improvement, customer focus and personal accountability

  • Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety of issues simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
