The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique lié au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) de navires militaires, nous recrutons un Superintendant MCO pour le compte de notre client, acteur industriel de référence du secteur naval français.

Rattaché au Responsable d’Affaires, vous pilotez les activités techniques et opérationnelles d’une entité basée en Guyane. Véritable représentant local, vous êtes l’interlocuteur principal du client et garantissez la bonne exécution du contrat, tant sur les aspects techniques que contractuels et organisationnels.

Vos missions

  • Assurer le suivi des activités de MCO sur des bâtiments de la Marine Nationale stationnés en Guyanne Française
  • Gérer le bureau local : coordination des équipes, organisation des activités et reporting
  • Piloter la relation contractuelle : suivi de la satisfaction client, respect des engagements, gestion documentaire et animation des réunions
  • Garantir la performance du contrat (qualité, coûts, délais)
  • Suivre la disponibilité opérationnelle des navires et anticiper les besoins techniques
  • Organiser et coordonner les arrêts techniques (planification, définition des travaux, chiffrage)
  • Analyser les avaries et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées
  • Rédiger la documentation technique (programmes d’essais, rapports, dossiers d’intervention)
  • Élaborer les offres de prix pour les travaux correctifs

Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en métropole, en Guyane, ainsi qu’à bord des navires lors des escales.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de contrats industriels ou de maintenance
  • Solide expertise en systèmes de propulsion navale (moteurs diesel, lignes d’arbres, groupes électrogènes)
  • Compétences pluridisciplinaires : mécanique, électricité, chaudronnerie, automatisme, instrumentation
  • Capacité à planifier, coordonner et piloter des activités dans un environnement exigeant
  • La connaissance du fonctionnement de la Marine Nationale et des marchés publics est un plus
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais technique et professionnel
