The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client recherche un Superintendant Technique pour renforcer son équipe technique basée à Brest.

L’entreprise intervient dans un environnement maritime spécialisé, avec des navires opérant sur des missions techniques nécessitant un haut niveau de disponibilité, de fiabilité et de préparation opérationnelle.

Plusieurs opportunités sont actuellement ouvertes, dont une à pourvoir rapidement dans le cadre d’un remplacement.

Rattaché à la Direction Technique, vous assurez le suivi technique et opérationnel des navires qui vous sont confiés et êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des équipages pour les sujets techniques.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi technique des navires et accompagner les équipages dans la résolution des problématiques techniques.
  • Superviser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Préparer et suivre les arrêts techniques, réparations et travaux réalisés en chantier.
  • Coordonner les interventions des fournisseurs, sous-traitants et chantiers navals.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires, de classe et des procédures internes.
  • Participer au suivi des budgets techniques et des coûts de maintenance.
  • Analyser les incidents et dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes embarquées et les équipes à terre.
  • Participer à la préparation et au suivi des inspections, audits et visites réglementaires.

Requirements

Nous recherchons des professionnels disposant d’une solide expérience maritime et technique.

  • Expérience significative en navigation en qualité d’Officier mécanicien, idéalement Second Mécanicien ou Chef Mécanicien.
  • Expérience en tant que Chef Mécanicien et/ou Superintendant Technique appréciée.
  • Les profils disposant d’une solide expérience embarquée et souhaitant évoluer vers un poste à terre pourront également être étudiés.
  • Solides connaissances en maintenance et exploitation technique des navires.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
  • Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec les équipages et les différents interlocuteurs techniques.
  • Français courant obligatoire.
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
