The posting

d2m Services recherche, pour le compte de l’un de ses clients, un Superviseur Mécanique (F/H) afin d’intervenir sur un chantier naval situé au cœur de l’exploitation pétrolière en milieu offshore.

Missions techniques :

  • Superviser les opérations de maintenance lourde et de réparation sur les systèmes de propulsion et équipements mécaniques associés.
  • Organiser et piloter les travaux de dépose/repose, inspection, remise en état et remontage de lignes d’arbres, paliers, étambot, hélices et propulseurs.
  • Encadrer les opérations de lignage (alignement) de lignes d’arbres et d’équipements tournants (moteurs, réducteurs, pompes) selon tolérances constructeurs.
  • Superviser les travaux de mécanique générale (démontage, expertise, contrôle dimensionnel, ajustage, remontage).
  • Assurer le suivi technique des interventions en conformité avec les procédures chantier, exigences clients et standards qualité.
  • Contrôler l’utilisation des moyens de métrologie (micromètres, comparateurs, alésomètres, jauges) pour garantir les tolérances dimensionnelles.
  • Coordonner les interfaces avec les autres corps de métier (structure, électricité, hydraulique).
  • Garantir l’application des procédures HSE et des permis de travail.
  • Superviser la préparation des travaux : définition des méthodes, séquencement, besoins en ressources et outillages.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et au suivi des plannings d’arrêts techniques.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des opérations (rapports d’intervention, fiches de contrôle, dossiers qualité).
  • Valider la conformité des travaux réalisés avant remise en service des équipements.

Requirements

  • Expérience confirmée en mécanique navale ou industrielle lourde, idéalement en environnement chantier naval ou offshore.
  • Expertise des systèmes de propulsion marine : lignes d’arbres, paliers, systèmes d’étanchéité, propulseurs d’étrave.
  • Bonne maîtrise des équipements hydrauliques (treuils, cabestans, systèmes auxiliaires).
  • Maîtrise des techniques de lignage (laser / comparateurs) et des contrôles géométriques.
  • Capacité à exploiter des plans d’ensemble, plans d’exécution, tolérances et documentations OEM.
  • Solide expérience en supervision de travaux en arrêt technique (dry dock / afloat).
  • Capacité à analyser des non-conformités et à proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Expérience en encadrement d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Anglais technique opérationnel (lecture documentation, échanges terrain).
