🎯 El rol

Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Almacén de Producto Terminado para liderar la operación diaria del almacén, asegurando la correcta recepción, almacenamiento, surtido, preparación y embarque de producto.

Esta posición será responsable de coordinar al personal y los recursos del área, mantener la exactitud del inventario y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, inocuidad, seguridad y servicio.

¿Qué harás?

  • Supervisar la recepción, almacenamiento, surtido, preparación y embarque de Producto Terminado.
  • Coordinar y distribuir al personal, equipos y espacios de acuerdo con las prioridades operativas.
  • Asegurar la correcta identificación y trazabilidad de SKU, lotes, caducidades y cantidades.
  • Garantizar la aplicación de PEPS y PCPS y el correcto manejo de producto retenido, dañado o no conforme.
  • Supervisar inventarios, conteos cíclicos y corrección de diferencias físico-sistema.
  • Coordinar con Logística, Calidad, Inventarios, Empaque, Planeación y Mantenimiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Buenas Prácticas de Documentación, seguridad, inocuidad y 5S.
  • Supervisar orden, limpieza y condiciones de seguridad del almacén.
  • Liderar, capacitar y dar seguimiento al desempeño del equipo.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores y generar acciones de mejora para reducir errores, daños, diferencias y tiempos de espera.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de indicadores como Fill Rate y OTIF.

Requirements

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Logística, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera relacionada.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años en supervisión o coordinación de almacenes de Producto Terminado.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal, inventarios, surtido, preparación de pedidos y embarques.
  • Experiencia en trazabilidad por lote y control de inventarios.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de alimentos, suplementos o farmacéuticas.

Conocimientos

  • Almacenamiento y distribución de Producto Terminado.
  • Control de inventarios.
  • PEPS / PCPS.
  • Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y Documentación.
  • Inocuidad y seguridad.
  • 5S.
  • Trazabilidad.
  • Manejo de ERP y plataformas de seguimiento de pedidos.
