The posting

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support logistics, warehouse, inventory and distribution operations in a fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment.

The role is ideal for someone who understands operational complexity and can coordinate suppliers, warehouses, stores, transport partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics, distribution and stock movement activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order flows and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, stores, customer service and transport providers.
  • Track service levels, delays, returns and operational KPIs.
  • Support demand planning, replenishment and stock accuracy.
  • Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements.
  • Use ERP, WMS or reporting tools to monitor performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or distribution.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, distribution or 3PL environments.
  • Good understanding of inventory, transport and operational KPIs.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Good Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
