Au sein du département et de la Direction Rolling Stock, l’équipe Supply Chain est en charge de la gestion des stocks de pièces nécessaires à la maintenance et à la disponibilité de la flotte de trains.

Dans un environnement international et technique, l’équipe Supply Chain contribue directement à la performance opérationnelle et à la fiabilité du service Eurostar.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Supply Chain pour accompagner l’équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes et ses projets d’amélioration continue.

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Prévoir les besoins en pièces afin d’anticiper les consommations et d’assurer leur disponibilité.
  • Réaliser la prévision des commandes de pièces réparables et assurer le suivi des consommations.
  • Participer à la gestion et à l’optimisation des stocks, notamment à travers le suivi des niveaux de stock internes et chez nos partenaires.
  • Identifier et analyser les situations de surstock afin de contribuer à leur optimisation et à la réduction des stocks inutilisés.
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel à l’équipe Supply Chain : analyse de la fiabilité des prévisions, mise à jour des fichiers de suivi et préparation des réunions internes.
  • Exploiter et analyser les données Supply Chain afin d’identifier des tendances, de mesurer la performance et de proposer des axes d’amélioration.
  • Participer aux différents projets d’amélioration continue de l’équipe.

Cette expérience vous permettra de développer une vision concrète et opérationnelle de la Supply Chain, au sein d’un environnement industriel et international.

Binnen het departement en de directie Rolling Stock is het Supply Chain-team verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de voorraden van onderdelen die nodig zijn voor het onderhoud en de beschikbaarheid van de treinenvloot.

In een internationale en technische omgeving draagt het Supply Chain-team rechtstreeks bij aan de operationele prestaties en de betrouwbaarheid van de Eurostar-dienstverlening.

In dit kader zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain-stagiair(e) die het team ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse activiteiten en verschillende projecten rond continue verbetering.

Je zult onder andere verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

  • Het voorspellen van de behoefte aan onderdelen om het verbruik te anticiperen en de beschikbaarheid ervan te garanderen.
  • Het opstellen van prognoses voor bestellingen van herstelbare onderdelen en het opvolgen van het verbruik.
  • Bijdragen aan het beheer en de optimalisatie van de voorraden, onder meer door het opvolgen van de voorraadniveaus intern en bij onze partners.
  • Het identificeren en analyseren van situaties van overstock om bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie ervan en het verminderen van ongebruikte voorraden.
  • Het bieden van operationele ondersteuning aan het Supply Chain-team: analyse van de betrouwbaarheid van prognoses, bijwerken van opvolgingsbestanden en voorbereiden van interne vergaderingen.
  • Het verwerken en analyseren van Supply Chain-gegevens om trends te identificeren, prestaties te meten en verbeterpunten voor te stellen.
  • Deelnemen aan verschillende projecten rond continue verbetering binnen het team.

Deze ervaring biedt je de mogelijkheid om een concreet en operationeel inzicht in Supply Chain te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale en industriële omgeving.

Requirements

  • De formation Bac +5 Master spécialisé en supplychain.
  • Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et couramment l'anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Vous maitrisez Excel parfaitement, l'utilisation de Power BI est un plus.
  • Poste à pourvoir dès que possible

  • Je hebt een Masterdiploma (Bac +5) met een specialisatie in Supply Chain.
  • Je beheerst het Frans uitstekend en spreekt vloeiend Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel; ervaring met Power BI is een pluspunt.
