Sua missão será garantir uma experiência fluida e eficiente para clientes internos, atuando na resolução de incidentes, suporte técnico e operacional, além de contribuir para a evolução contínua dos processos, ferramentas e serviços de TI.

Atividades

  • Prestar suporte técnico (N1/N2) a usuários internos e clientes, de forma remota e/ou presencial.
  • Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes relacionados a sistemas, acessos, dispositivos e redes.
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar chamados por meio de ferramentas de ticket, garantindo cumprimento de SLA e comunicação adequada com os usuários.
  • Apoiar a gestão de acessos, permissões e identidades.
  • Escalar incidentes críticos para equipes especializadas quando necessário.
  • Apoiar a configuração e manutenção de equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho (notebooks, VPN, impressoras e similares).
  • Documentar procedimentos, soluções e artigos da base de conhecimento.
  • Colaborar com os times de Engenharia, Segurança e Produto na resolução de problemas e melhorias.
  • Contribuir para o cumprimento das políticas e boas práticas de Segurança da Informação.

Requirements

  • Experiência prévia em suporte de TI (N1/N2), Service Desk ou funções similares.
  • Boa capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de chamados (Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk ou similares).
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e/ou MacOS.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de acessos e identidades (Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta ou similares).
  • Noções de redes, incluindo TCP/IP, VPN e Wi‑Fi.
  • Inglês e espanhol intermediário para interação profissional.
  • Organizado(a) e proativivo(a), com boa comunicação, foco na resolução de problemas e preocupação genuína em oferecer uma excelente experiência aos usuários.
