The posting

APM MONACO recherche un Support des Ventes en temps-plein afin de venir renforcer son équipe à la boutique de Lyon durant la période de Noël !

Date du contrat : 7 décembre au 10 janvier

Accueil & Expérience Client

  • Accueillir le client et l'installer pour lui offrir une expérience chaleureuse dès son arrivée en boutique
  • Proposer le service café et chocolat pour ponctuer le temps de visite
  • Réaliser les emballages cadeaux avec soin
  • Gérer la file d'attente et fluidifier le parcours client, notamment lors des pics d'affluence

Coordination & Support Vente

  • Assister les conseillers de vente tout au long du processus de vente, pour leur permettre de se consacrer pleinement à la relation client
  • Se coordonner avec l'équipe de vente pour identifier les clients à accompagner en priorité

Opérations Boutique

  • Assurer le réassort en boutique
  • Effectuer les allers-retours entre la réserve et la boutique selon les besoins
  • Participer à la réception et au rangement de la marchandise
  • Préparer les produits si nécessaire
  • Participer à la tenue générale de la boutique : rangement, propreté, présentation

Visual Merchandising

  • Participer au maintien des standards de visual merchandising de la boutique

Standards

  • Respecter les procédures et standards APM Monaco

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Vous adorez APM Monaco !
  • Vous avez le sens du service et un très bon sens du relationnel
  • Vous êtes organisé·e, réactif·ve et aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement premium/international
  • Un bon niveau d'anglais est apprécié, selon les points de vente
  • Vous êtes disponible sur toute la durée du contrat
  • Vous êtes agile et savez faire preuve de flexibilité quand nécessaire
