Description du mandat

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’une personne pour assurer une surveillance intensive avec aide aux activités de la vie quotidienne (AVQ) auprès d’une dame résidant à Richmond, Québec.

La personne retenue devra assurer une présence attentive et constante auprès de la bénéficiaire, tout en l’accompagnant dans ses activités quotidiennes et en répondant à ses besoins spécifiques.

Une approche humaine, respectueuse, rassurante et bienveillante est essentielle pour ce mandat.

Principales responsabilités

La personne déléguée aura notamment pour responsabilités de :

  • Assurer une surveillance intensive et une présence auprès de la bénéficiaire.
  • Accompagner la bénéficiaire dans ses activités de la vie quotidienne.
  • Fournir de l’aide lors de la mobilisation, notamment pour les transferts et les déplacements.
  • Assister la bénéficiaire lors de l’utilisation de la toilette.
  • Effectuer ou soutenir les changements de culottes selon les besoins.
  • Apporter une assistance pour les soins d’hygiène.
  • Fournir une aide lors des repas et de l’alimentation.
  • Être attentive aux besoins particuliers de la bénéficiaire.
  • Assurer un accompagnement sécuritaire lors des déplacements.
  • Communiquer toute information pertinente à l’équipe responsable.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe du SAD ou de la RPA, lorsque requis.
  • Maintenir une attitude professionnelle et respectueuse en tout temps.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne :

  • Responsable et fiable.
  • Ponctuelle et assidue.
  • À l’aise avec l’accompagnement d’une personne ayant besoin d’assistance dans ses AVQ.
  • À l’aise avec l’aide à la mobilisation, aux transferts, à l’hygiène et à l’alimentation.
  • Respectueuse de la dignité et de l’intimité de la bénéficiaire.
  • Capable de faire preuve de patience, d’écoute et de bienveillance.
  • Autonome et capable de réagir adéquatement aux besoins de la bénéficiaire.
  • Disponible pour respecter l’horaire établi.

Disponibilités requises

Horaire : 7 h à 19 h, 7 jours sur 7.

La disponibilité et la fiabilité sont essentielles pour ce mandat.

Aucun bris de service ne sera toléré. La personne retenue doit donc être en mesure de respecter les périodes de travail convenues.

Conditions importantes

  • Le mandat est situé à Richmond, Québec.
  • Les services sont requis tous les jours, de 7 h à 19 h.
  • Aucun frais supplémentaire au taux horaire établi ne sera payé par le CIUSSSE.
  • Les frais de transport et de repas de la personne déléguée ne sont pas remboursés par le CIUSSSE.
