Om rollen

Som Content Moderator blir du en viktig del av ett växande team som arbetar med att granska och kategorisera innehåll på sociala medier. Du kommer bland annat att granska kommersiella annonser och företagsinnehåll samt säkerställa att innehållet följer uppsatta riktlinjer och kundens policy.

Ditt arbete bidrar till att skapa en tryggare och bättre användarupplevelse för både privatpersoner och företag.

Tjänsten är baserad på plats i moderna kontor i Aten och är inte en distans- eller hemarbetstjänst.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara:

  • Hantera och kategorisera innehåll på sociala medier enligt specifika riktlinjer.
  • Säkerställa att uppladdat innehåll följer kundens riktlinjer och policyer.
  • Fatta väl avvägda beslut för att bidra till en trygg och positiv online-miljö.
  • Säkerställa hög kvalitet och en säker upplevelse för både användare och företag.
  • Tillämpa innehållspolicyer och hantera digitalt innehåll på ett konsekvent sätt.
  • Vid behov hjälpa kunder via chatt, e-post eller telefon beroende på projekt.
  • Identifiera ineffektiva arbetsprocesser och föreslå förbättringar.
  • Följa företagets och kundens rutiner, processer och riktlinjer.

Requirements

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Flytande svenska i både tal och skrift.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska.
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och stark problemlösningsförmåga.
  • God datorvana och erfarenhet av Windows, internetbaserade applikationer och MS Office.
  • God samarbetsförmåga och förmåga att arbeta självständigt med begränsad handledning.
  • Ett starkt öga för detaljer och förmåga att skilja personliga åsikter från innehåll som ska bedömas utifrån riktlinjer och policyer.
  • En positiv och proaktiv inställning samt vilja att kontinuerligt förbättra arbetssätt och processer.
  • Erfarenhet av Content Moderation, sociala medier eller kundservice är meriterande, men inget krav.
