Vår kund i Grekland söker svensktalande kundservicemedarbetare till sitt internationella team för att ge support åt ett av världens ledande företag inom kommersiella fordon.

Om rollen

Du blir den första kontaktpersonen för svensktalande kunder som behöver hjälp med kommersiella fordon runt om i Europa. Oavsett om det handlar om att organisera vägassistans vid ett motorstopp eller besvara kundfrågor spelar du en viktig roll i att hålla verksamheter rullande.

Ingen erfarenhet av lastbilar eller bussar? Ingen fara – du får en gedigen utbildning innan du börjar.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara:

  • Hantera kundärenden via telefon och e-post
  • Hjälpa förare vid vägassistansärenden, exempelvis punkteringar eller mekaniska fel
  • Identifiera kundens plats, fordonsinformation och behov av hjälp
  • Koordinera vägassistans, reparationer eller bogsering med auktoriserade servicepartners
  • Besvara allmänna frågor om produkter, tjänster, bokningar och företagsinformation
  • Hantera kundklagomål på ett professionellt och lösningsorienterat sätt
  • Registrera och uppdatera ärenden i företagets system
  • Samarbeta med kollegor i ett internationellt team för att ge bästa möjliga service

Requirements

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska samt goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • God problemlösningsförmåga och ett lugnt arbetssätt under press
  • Ett genuint intresse för kundservice och stark kommunikativ förmåga
  • God datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system
  • Noggrannhet och god organisationsförmåga
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice är meriterande, men inget krav
