Om rollen

Vår kund söker en svensktalande kundsupportmedarbetare till sitt växande iGaming-team på Malta. Du blir specialist inom sportsbook och onlinecasino samtidigt som du hjälper kunder via telefon, chatt och e-post. Här får du ta ansvar för dina ärenden från början till slut och arbeta nära team inom Payments, Fraud och Compliance.

Arbetstider

  • Skiftarbete, inklusive kvällar, helger och röda dagar
  • Hybridarbete
  • Upp till 40 dagar per år med möjlighet att arbeta helt på distans

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara:

  • Hjälpa kunder via telefon, livechatt och e-post
  • Lösa kundärenden från början till slut
  • Hantera uttag och KYC-verifieringar
  • Genomföra dagliga säkerhetskontroller av kundkonton
  • Identifiera trender och bidra med förbättringsförslag
  • Samarbeta med team inom Payments, Fraud och Compliance
  • Bidra till teamets mål samtidigt som du levererar en förstklassig kundupplevelse

Requirements

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska samt god engelska, både i tal och skrift
  • Minst ett års erfarenhet av kundsupport i en callcenter-miljö
  • God datorvana och känner dig bekväm med att arbeta i flera olika system samtidigt
  • En strukturerad och analytisk arbetsstil
  • Förmåga att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt i ett högt tempo
  • Flexibilitet att arbeta skift
  • Intresse för sportspel och onlinecasino är meriterande
  • En positiv inställning, god problemlösningsförmåga och vilja att utvecklas
  • För att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du ha ett EU-pass eller giltigt arbetstillstånd på Malta. Tyvärr har vår kund inte möjlighet att sponsra arbetstillstånd eller visum.
