Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Swedish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a dynamic team in Bulgaria. This role, based in Sofia, comes with fully paid relocation, allowing you to experience the rich culture and vibrant life of this captivating city. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • handle inquiries, offer detailed product information, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions and follow up on open questions to ensure effective resolution.
  • Work alongside internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with product knowledge to deliver accurate assistance to customers.
  • Acknowledge customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of service quality.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to refine knowledge of products and service practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an initiative-driven attitude when handling customer inquiries.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and immerse oneself in a new culture.
