Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented individual for a Swedish Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
  • Resolve complex client inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support in Swedish.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the internal database to ensure quality control.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in computer navigation and standard office software.
