The posting

Are you interested in technology and enjoy solving problems while delivering great customer service?

We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join an international support team in Greece, helping customers use one of Europe's leading fleet management platforms.

The platform allows transport companies to monitor their vehicles in real time, helping them track locations, improve efficiency and manage their fleets through GPS and digital technology. In this role, you'll support customers with both technical questions and general account-related enquiries via email, phone and internal systems.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy troubleshooting and like working in a structured environment, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide technical and customer support via email, phone and internal systems
  • Assist customers with account setup, activation and configuration issues
  • Help troubleshoot technical problems related to fleet management software and connected vehicle services
  • Investigate missing or inaccurate system information, such as vehicle locations, driving data or fleet visibility
  • Support customers, partners and internal teams with product-related questions
  • Escalate more complex technical cases to the headquarters in Germany when required
  • Document customer interactions accurately using multiple internal tools
  • Deliver professional and efficient support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Who you'll be supporting

You'll work with a wide range of customers across Europe, including:

  • Transport and logistics companies
  • Fleet managers and dispatchers
  • Truck and bus drivers
  • Business owners
  • Service and repair workshops
  • Sales representatives and business partners
  • Potential new customers interested in the platform

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Fluent Swedish (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Comfortable working with several computer systems simultaneously
  • Good written communication skills
  • General understanding of software, GPS or mobile technology
  • A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Benefits

What you'll receive

  • Relocation package including paid flight and temporary accommodation
  • Support finding long-term housing
  • Competitive salary and monthly performance bonus
  • Paid training before you start
  • Private health insurance
  • Career development opportunities within an international organisation
  • Continuous learning and upskilling programmes
  • Free Greek language lessons
  • Employee discounts and social activities
  • A multicultural workplace with colleagues from across Europe

Why Greece?

Build your international career while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. Greece offers a lower cost of living than many Northern European countries, a welcoming international community and more than 300 days of sunshine each year. Whether you enjoy city life, beaches or exploring new cultures, Greece is a fantastic place to live and work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
