  • Apply DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), vulnerability-remediation procedures, and other applicable DoD security controls.
  • Support vulnerability scanning and remediation activities, including review and correction of findings from tools such as ACAS/Nessus when assigned.
  • Assist with system builds, provisioning, integration, software installation, upgrades, and restoration activities.
  • Support virtual machines and virtualized infrastructure, including VMware or comparable technologies.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity, network, service desk, application, and Government teams to resolve incidents and maintain continuity of operations.
  • Document incidents, changes, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions in the designated IT service-management or configuration-management system.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance, testing, exercises, and after-hours or on-call support as required by the contract.
  • Cross-train with other administrators and contribute to knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and process improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
