Job Overview

We are looking for a System Business Analyst in the data department to bridge communication between our business and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements.
  • Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations.
  • Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
  • Background in IT or software development
  • Experience in product and marketing analytics
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
  • Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Spoken English at B2 level or higher

Tech Stack

  • Databases and data warehouses: ClickHouse, Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
  • Analytics and marketing platforms: Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer, Blueshift
  • Data pipelines and streaming: RudderStack, Kafka

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Experience in FinTech, especially CFD trading
  • Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skills
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript
