Lengow is a leader in intelligent e-commerce solutions that help brands and retailers drive profitable growth across the digital shelf. With powerful feed management, global price monitoring, and robust data capabilities, Lengow’s comprehensive SaaS product suite enables merchants to amplify product visibility online, outrun competition with informed pricing, multiply sales on marketplaces, and monitor brand presence among distributors. Since 2009, Lengow has fueled digital growth for over 3,600 customers across thousands of marketing and sales channels in over 60 countries.

About the role:

As IT Manager, you will be responsible for Lengow’s internal IT environment, supporting 150 employees across Nantes, Paris and Barcelona.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work in a two-person IT team: you and an IT apprentice (Systems & Networks Technician).

This is a hands-on role: you will manage day-to-day IT operations and user support, while also working on IT projects, migrations and improvements. You will work autonomously across a broad IT scope, support the apprentice and coordinate external IT providers when needed.

You will also have the opportunity to improve our tools, infrastructure and processes, and contribute to the IT roadmap with the CTO.

Your main responsabilities:

🛠️ IT operations and user support

  • Ensure the continuity and quality of internal IT services.
  • Manage and prioritise support requests and operational incidents.
  • Support employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
  • Coordinate escalations with software, hardware and service providers.
  • Define and monitor service levels, recurring incidents and operational priorities.
  • Support and guide the IT apprentice in daily operations.

🔑 Identity, endpoint and asset management

  • Administer Google Workspace, Active Directory and the main corporate SaaS applications.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of user accounts, including groups, roles and permissions.
  • Maintain and improve SSO, MFA and role-based access management.
  • Manage endpoint configuration, patching, encryption, antivirus and device compliance.
  • Manage the lifecycle and inventory of laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment.
  • Prepare and improve employee onboarding and offboarding workflows.

🌐 Network and infrastructure

  • Operate and maintain the internal network infrastructure across the Nantes, Paris and Barcelona offices.
  • Administer network infrastructure including switching, routing, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls and access-control systems.
  • Operate Lengow’s internal infrastructure hosted primarily on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and LDAP/LDAPS and related identity services.
  • Maintain secure remote access and connectivity between users, offices and cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot network, system and connectivity incidents.

🔐 Security and compliance

  • Maintain endpoint security, patching, encryption and vulnerability-remediation processes.
  • Monitor the security status and compliance of employee devices.
  • Support the response to internal security incidents and remediation plans.
  • Maintain security procedures and participate in continuity and recovery tests.
  • Contribute to customer security questionnaires, audits and due-diligence requests.

🚀 SaaS, vendors and projects

  • Administer and maintain Lengow’s portfolio of internal SaaS applications.
  • Manage IT contracts, licences, renewals and supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate with vendors and challenge technical and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor IT spend and identify opportunities to simplify the toolset and reduce recurring costs.
  • Lead Corporate IT projects and continue the modernisation and standardisation of Lengow’s IT environment.
  • Improve processes and automation, maintain documentation and build the Corporate IT roadmap with the CTO.

🪜 Hiring Process:

  • HR video call with Inchela, our HR Business Partner
  • Technical & Manager interview with Alexis, our current IT manager, and Olivier, our CPTO and manager of this role
  • Job offer 🎉

Requirements

Experience

We’re looking for someone with ideally 4+ years of experience in Corporate IT, systems or infrastructure roles, who has taken ownership of an internal IT environment and is comfortable combining hands-on IT operations with infrastructure and improvement projects. You should also have experience working with external IT providers and operating in a multi-site environment, supporting employees both locally and remotely, ideally across different countries. Candidates with fewer than 4 years may also be considered if they demonstrate strong expertise across the essential technical areas below.

Essential technical skills

  • Strong administration skills in an enterprise collaboration environment such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP and LDAP
  • Good knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, MFA and role-based access
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and good operational knowledge of macOS and Linux
  • Experience with endpoint management and security, including patching, encryption and antivirus solutions
  • Strong networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPN/ZTNA technologies
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and IT service management processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, network, endpoint and identity issues

What will help you succeed

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Hands-on mindset, with the ability to investigate and solve issues directly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal users and external providers, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to operate autonomously across a broad IT scope, prioritise effectively and make pragmatic decisions

Nice to have

  • Background in a SaaS, technology or fast-growing organisation
  • Familiarity with our IT stack or similar tools: Ubiquiti / UniFi, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, ESET Protect, Snipe-IT and Jira Service Management
  • Exposure to GCP, AWS or Azure, and identity tools such as Google Cloud Directory Sync / Google Password Sync
  • Knowledge of ZTNA solutions (e.g. Tailscale) and email security standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF)
  • Scripting or automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Google Apps Script or APIs
  • Exposure to IT audits, due diligence or security questionnaires
  • Experience coordinating, mentoring or managing a junior IT profile

Languages

  • French: C1 minimum, written and spoken

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
