  • Support Azure and related cloud-integration activities when required, including access, permissions, subscriptions, and coordination with Cloud Operations.
  • Work with acquired-company IT teams, internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to gather technical information and complete assigned integration work.
  • Follow migration runbooks, cutover plans, validation procedures, rollback plans, and hyper care processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during migration, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Support the integration of security, compliance, endpoint-protection, and IT-management platforms.
  • Document source environments, migration activities, configurations, dependencies, risks, and completion status.
  • Contribute to reusable integration playbooks, standards, checklists, scripts, and automation.
  • Escalate technical risks, blockers, and design decisions to the Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Experience supporting endpoint readiness, device enrollment, application deployment, and user onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Azure administration, access, permissions, subscriptions, networking concepts, and cloud services.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across identity, email, collaboration, endpoint, and cloud environments.
  • Strong PowerShell, documentation, and technical-procedure skills.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent acquisition projects and planned after-hours or weekend cutovers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and acquired-company personnel.
  • Ability to work independently while escalating risks and technical decisions appropriately.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
  • Experience migrating Google Workspace environments to Microsoft platforms.
  • Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate, or similar migration tools.
  • Experience automating Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, or Azure activities with PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, or related security platforms.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or enterprise onboarding.
  • Experience working with managed service providers, consultants, and integration vendors.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, change-management, and technical project-tracking processes.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
