The posting

Desde Intertek, buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Control Dimensional para un proyecto industrial ubicado en Andoain (Gipuzkoa).

La persona seleccionada será responsable de realizar inspecciones dimensionales, verificaciones geométricas y controles de calidad sobre piezas y conjuntos mecánicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos definidos por cliente y normativa aplicable.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

  • Realización de controles dimensionales de piezas, conjuntos y componentes mecánicos.
  • Interpretación de planos, tolerancias geométricas y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Uso de equipos de medición dimensional (calibre, micrómetro, altímetro, brazo de medición, tridimensional CMM u otros equipos de metrología).
  • Verificación de cotas críticas y cumplimiento de tolerancias.
  • Elaboración de informes de inspección y registros de calidad.
  • Detección y gestión de desviaciones o no conformidades.
  • Colaboración con los departamentos de producción, ingeniería y calidad.
  • Seguimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos en el proyecto.

Requirements

Formación técnica en Fabricación Mecánica, Metrología, Ingeniería Mecánica, Calidad Industrial o similar.

Experiencia previa en control dimensional, inspección de piezas o control de calidad en entornos industriales.

Capacidad para interpretar planos mecánicos y documentación técnica.

Experiencia utilizando herramientas de medición dimensional.

Conocimientos de tolerancias dimensionales y geométricas (GD&T).

Manejo de equipos de medición y software asociado será valorado.

Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en sectores como aeronáutico, ferroviario, automoción, máquina herramienta o bienes de equipo.
  • Conocimientos de procesos de fabricación mecánica.
  • Experiencia en inspecciones de recepción, proceso y final.
