Procuramos um/a Técnico/a de Facilities para apoiar a gestão das instalações das diferentes empresas e marcas do Grupo, incluindo a sede, lojas e oficinas.

Procuramos uma pessoa prática, organizada e orientada para a resolução de problemas, capaz de acompanhar diferentes pedidos, articular com fornecedores e garantir que cada tema fica efetivamente resolvido.

Requirements

O teu desafio

  • Receber, organizar e acompanhar pedidos relacionados com manutenção, avarias, obras e necessidades das diferentes instalações, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade dos mesmos;
  • Identificar as soluções mais adequadas e assegurar o acompanhamento dos temas até à sua resolução;
  • Contactar fornecedores, solicitar propostas e renegociar/comparar orçamentos;
  • Apoiar a gestão de contratos relacionados com manutenção, segurança, limpeza, energia e outros serviços;
  • Controlar custos, faturas, orçamentos e documentação da área;
  • Apoiar os projetos de novas aberturas de lojas e oficinas, articulando com fornecedores e equipas internas;
  • Manter atualizada a informação relativa a instalações, equipamentos, contratos e intervenções;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de custos;
  • Prestar apoio na marcação e gestão de viagens/deslocações do Grupo;
  • Prestar apoio na gestão de eventos internos;
  • Prestar apoio administrativo transversal à área de Facilities.

O perfil que procuramos

  • Escolaridade mínima ao nível do 12.º ano;
  • Experiência em funções de Facilities, manutenção, gestão de instalações, apoio administrativo ou acompanhamento de fornecedores será valorizada;
  • Boa capacidade de organização, planeamento e definição de prioridades;
  • Perfil prático, autónomo e orientado para a resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade para acompanhar vários pedidos e interlocutores em simultâneo;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e gosto pelo contacto com equipas internas e fornecedores;
  • Conhecimentos de Excel ou Google Sheets;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, atenção ao detalhe e capacidade de follow-up;
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações às diferentes instalações do Grupo.
