Seguimos creciendo y queremos incorporar un Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para unirse a nuestro equipo.

La posición es 100% remota desde España, con la posibilidad de trabajar de forma presencial (o híbrida) en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona centro si lo prefieres.

Cómo será tu día a día

  • Implementación de políticas y procedimientos de seguridad: Colaborar en el desarrollo y ejecución de políticas y procedimientos de salud y seguridad ocupacional en la empresa. Garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos legales y reglamentarios, y promover las mejores prácticas en seguridad ocupacional.
  • Investigación de incidentes: Liderar la investigación de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo, analizando las causas raíz y proponiendo medidas correctivas. Registrar y reportar los incidentes de manera oportuna, y colaborar con los departamentos pertinentes para implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Fomentar una cultura de seguridad y promover la participación activa de los empleados en la gestión de riesgos.
  • Formar e informar en materia de prevención al personal trabajador.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las leyes y regulaciones de salud y seguridad ocupacional aplicables, y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y normativos. Colaborar con los órganos reguladores y las auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando información y documentación requerida.
  • Mejora continua: Participar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en los programas de salud y seguridad ocupacional. Proponer y liderar iniciativas para fortalecer las prácticas de seguridad, promover la prevención de riesgos y mejorar los resultados de seguridad ocupacional.
  • Coordinación de actividades empresariales.
  • Colaborar con el SPA para la vigilancia de la salud.
  • Viajar por el territorio nacional para llevar a cabo actividades de supervisión, evaluación y asesoramiento en materia de PRL en los diferentes puntos de venta.

Requirements

Nos gustaría incorporar al equipo:

  • Estudios mínimos: Grado Universitario y Máster PRL (Seg & Hig. Ergo y Psico.)
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de riesgos laborales y conocimiento técnico.
  • Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con salud y seguridad ocupacional.
  • Conocimiento de las normas y regulaciones de salud y seguridad ocupacional.
  • Familiaridad con la evaluación de riesgos, investigación de incidentes y desarrollo de programas de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para realizar inspecciones de seguridad y evaluaciones de riesgos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por el territorio nacional para llevar a cabo actividades de supervisión, evaluación y asesoramiento en materia de PRL en los diferentes puntos de venta.
