🌟 Procuramos Técnico/a de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho para Obra – Portugal 🌟 Função 100% operacional, presencial em obra e no terreno.

Na Ibérica Renováveis continuamos a crescer e queremos integrar um/a Técnico/a de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho comprometido/a, proativo/a e apaixonado/a pela segurança em ambientes de obra. Procuramos alguém com forte presença no terreno, acompanhando diariamente as atividades para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro.

🔧 Responsabilidades principais (obra / terreno)

• Assegurar o cumprimento do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (SGI), especialmente em conformidade com a ISO 45001. • Garantir a correta aplicação dos padrões ISO de Qualidade e Ambiente em todas as atividades executadas em obra. • Desenvolver e implementar políticas e planos de segurança e saúde específicos para cada projeto. • Realizar avaliações de riscos em obra e definir medidas preventivas e corretivas. • Coordenar a formação e sensibilização das equipas em matéria de segurança e saúde no trabalho. • Monitorizar o cumprimento da legislação, normas internas e procedimentos aplicáveis. • Investigar acidentes e incidentes, elaborando e implementando as respetivas ações corretivas. • Elaborar relatórios, registos e análises de desempenho em segurança e saúde. • Colaborar com outras áreas para integrar as melhores práticas de segurança nos projetos. • Realizar inspeções periódicas em obra, garantindo a utilização correta dos EPI. • Implementar e dinamizar toolboxes, conversas diárias de segurança e outras iniciativas de cultura preventiva. • Gerir e coordenar a equipa de segurança em obra.

Requirements

👷‍♂️ O que procuramos?

• Experiência prévia como Técnico/a de Segurança em obras de construção ou indústria (obrigatório). • Conhecimento sólido da legislação e normas de Segurança e Saúde, preferencialmente no setor industrial ou da construção. • Capacidade para trabalhar de forma autónoma no terreno e em coordenação com equipas multidisciplinares. • Excelentes competências de comunicação, liderança e forte orientação para a prevenção. • Disponibilidade para mobilidade geográfica dentro do território português.

🎓 Qualificação Académica

• Formação Superior (preferência na área da engenharia), com TSST Nível VI e CAP ativo. • Formação complementar em Segurança no Trabalho, especialmente no contexto de obras, será valorizada.

🌍 Idiomas

• Português (nativo ou fluente). • Inglês (valorizado).
