A FCCN, serviços digitais da FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, tem como objetivo dotar as comunidades académica e de investigação portuguesas dos meios tecnológicos necessários à produção de ciência e conhecimento de excelência, promovendo o acesso e a partilha do conhecimento científico. É com este propósito que a FCCN atua diariamente, assegurando Tecnologia para o Conhecimento.

Estamos a recrutar um/a Técnico/a Informático/a Especialista de Redes para integrar a equipa de Serviços Coorporativos TIC, assegurando a gestão, operação e evolução das infraestruturas de rede da organização.

Funções

  • Gestão e operação da infraestrutura de rede (LAN), incluindo equipamentos de switching e firewalls (ex.: Cisco, Palo Alto);
  • Configuração, monitorização e manutenção de redes, assegurando o seu desempenho e disponibilidade;
  • Gestão de cablagem estruturada, instalação e validação de pontos de rede;
  • Diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes e problemas de conectividade;
  • Suporte ao serviço de comunicações, incluindo VoIP e apoio de primeira linha;
  • Apoio na administração de serviços de rede (DNS, DHCP, NTP) em ambientes Windows e Linux;
  • Atualização de inventário e documentação técnica;
  • Automação de tarefas e utilização de ferramentas de apoio (scripts e IA);
  • Gestão da segurança da rede e das infraestruturas associadas;
  • Participação na evolução tecnológica das infraestruturas (upgrades, migrações e melhoria contínua).

Requirements

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou formação profissional relevante na área;
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções similares;
  • Disponibilidade para intervenções pontuais fora do horário laboral;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês, falado e escrito.

Outras competências e conhecimentos valorizados

  • Certificações na área de redes (ex.: Cisco CCNA/CCNP ou equivalentes);
  • Conhecimentos de protocolos e tecnologias de rede (VLAN, STP, vPC, TCP/IP);
  • Experiência em ambientes híbridos e infraestruturas corporativas;
  • Competências em automação (scripts);
  • Conhecimentos de boas práticas de segurança de redes;
  • Familiaridade com frameworks ou boas práticas de IT (ex.: ITIL).
