A FCCN, serviços digitais da FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, tem como objetivo dotar as comunidades académica e de investigação portuguesas dos meios tecnológicos necessários à produção de ciência e conhecimento de excelência, promovendo o acesso e a partilha do conhecimento científico. É com este propósito que a FCCN atua diariamente, assegurando Tecnologia para o Conhecimento.

Estamos a recrutar um/a Técnico/a Informático/a Especialista Microsoft para integrar a equipa de Serviços Coorporativos TIC, com o objetivo de assegurar a gestão, segurança e evolução dos ambientes Microsoft da organização, garantindo a operação eficiente das infraestruturas, o suporte técnico aos utilizadores e a melhoria contínua dos sistemas.

Funções

  • Administração de sistemas Microsoft, com foco em Active Directory e Microsoft 365;
  • Gestão de utilizadores, grupos, permissões e políticas de segurança;
  • Monitorização e manutenção de infraestruturas Windows;
  • Diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes técnicos;
  • Implementação de medidas de segurança (MFA, Conditional Access, entre outras);
  • Garantia de desempenho e disponibilidade dos serviços;
  • Suporte técnico aos utilizadores;
  • Suporte técnico e gestão dos equipamentos informáticos;
  • Automação de tarefas através de scripting (PowerShell, Python);
  • Utilização de ferramentas de IA para otimização de processos;
  • Atualização de documentação técnica e inventários;
  • Participação em projetos de evolução tecnológica (upgrades, migrações e melhoria contínua).

Requirements

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou formação profissional relevante na área;
  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções similares;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em ambientes Microsoft (valorizado);
  • Disponibilidade para intervenções pontuais fora do horário laboral;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês adequados a contexto técnico-profissional.

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação;
  • Gestão de prioridades e organização;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia.

Outras competências e conhecimentos valorizados

  • Certificações Microsoft relevantes;
  • Experiência em ambientes cloud (Azure) e híbridos;
  • Conhecimentos de redes e virtualização;
  • Competências em automação (PowerShell);
  • Familiaridade com boas práticas de IT (ex.: ITIL) e segurança;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização e backup.
