We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated material-handling equipment at customer sites.

In this role, you will work with mechanical and electrical equipment used in warehouse and logistics operations. You will help install new systems, diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and ensure equipment runs reliably for our customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving equipment problems, and keeping machines running safely and efficiently.

Estamos buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento práctico y orientado a soluciones para apoyar la instalación, diagnóstico y mantenimiento de equipos automatizados de manejo de materiales, tanto en nuestras instalaciones como en los sitios de clientes.

En este puesto trabajarás con equipos mecánicos y eléctricos utilizados en operaciones de almacén y logística. Apoyarás en la instalación de nuevos equipos, diagnóstico de fallas, reparación y mantenimiento para asegurar que los sistemas funcionen de forma confiable.

Este puesto es ideal para alguien que disfruta trabajar con herramientas, resolver problemas técnicos y mantener los equipos operando de forma segura y eficiente.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on installed equipment.
  • Support equipment installation, setup, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and basic control system issues.
  • Replace worn or damaged components and perform adjustments as needed.
  • Train customer technicians and operators on basic operation and maintenance.
  • Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Support general shop and facility maintenance as needed.

  • Diagnosticar y reparar equipos mecánicos y eléctricos en las instalaciones de los clientes.
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo e inspecciones de equipos instalados.
  • Apoyar en la instalación, configuración y pruebas de equipos.
  • Diagnosticar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y de control básico.
  • Reemplazar componentes dañados o desgastados y realizar ajustes necesarios.
  • Capacitar a operadores y técnicos de los clientes en operación y mantenimiento básico.
  • Registrar actividades de reparación, inspección y mantenimiento.
  • Mantener herramientas y áreas de trabajo en condiciones seguras.
  • Apoyar tareas generales de mantenimiento en las instalaciones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, field service, or industrial maintenance.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read basic electrical or mechanical diagrams.
  • Willingness to travel locally to customer sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work on your feet for extended periods.

Education: Technical school, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work preferred.

Requisitos

  • 3+ años de experiencia práctica en mantenimiento de equipos, servicio técnico o mantenimiento industrial.
  • Excelente dominio del inglés (lectura, escritura y comunicación verbal).
  • Experiencia diagnosticando equipos mecánicos y eléctricos.

  • Capacidad para interpretar diagramas eléctricos o mecánicos básicos.
  • Disponibilidad para visitar sitios de clientes dentro de la región.
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 kg y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.

Educación: Carrera técnica, formación vocacional o experiencia equivalente en mantenimiento, electricidad o mecánica.
