The posting

  • Assegurar os processos de recrutamento e selecção, desde a divulgação das vagas até à integração dos novos colaboradores;
  • Assegurar a organização e actualização dos processos individuais e da base de dados dos trabalhadores;
  • Controlar a assiduidade, férias, faltas, licenças e outras ocorrências dos colaboradores;
  • Executar e acompanhar o processamento salarial, assegurando a preparação dos respectivos mapas e relatórios;
  • Elaborar e actualizar contratos de trabalho e demais documentação laboral;
  • Identificar necessidades de formação e apoiar a organização das respectivas acções;
  • Participar na implementação e acompanhamento dos processos de avaliação de desempenho;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de integração, comunicação interna e envolvimento dos colaboradores;
  • Prestar esclarecimentos aos trabalhadores sobre políticas, procedimentos e processos de Recursos Humanos;
  • Acompanhar questões relacionadas com relações laborais, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação e dos procedimentos internos;
  • Elaborar mapas, relatórios e indicadores de Recursos Humanos para suporte à gestão;
  • Assegurar a organização e actualização do arquivo físico e digital de Recursos Humanos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e procedimentos de Recursos Humanos;
  • Manter uma relação de proximidade com as diferentes áreas da Empresa, assegurando uma resposta atempada às necessidades de Gestão de Pessoas.

Requirements

  • Nível Técnico Médio em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou Licenciatura Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas similares;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimentos de legislação laboral moçambicana, processamento salarial e Administração de Pessoal;
  • Experiência na utilização de sistemas/softwares de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimentos de Informática na Óptica do Utilizador;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita;
  • Experiência em empresas do sector industrial, construção, mineração, logística, equipamentos pesados ou outros ambientes operacionais constitui uma vantagem.
